Frequently Asked Questions

If you don’t feel the answer to your specific question, please email us at [email protected]. We’d be happy to clear up any questions!

What is the booking process?

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send over a questionnaire through our system, HoneyBook. This will be asking for inspiration photos, preference on color palette, season of your event or wedding. We ask all clients and inquiring clients to keep  in mind we are floral creators. This means we take an image, inspiration, color palette and even floral preferences to create arrangements in our own signature style.

After receiving your finished questionnaire, we ask to give us two full weeks or sooner, to get a proposal together with all of your desires.

It’s recommended to book your florist at least a year prior to your event to ensure availability and begin the working relationship.

A $300 deposit is due to secure your date. The final payment is due 10 days prior to your wedding or event date. This allows the ability to place any add ons, change items if necessary, adjust based on supplier if needed, etc. We can work on a custom payment plan should you prefer to begin paying the rest of your estimate prior to your date.

Your floral quote is based on the price we are seeing from our wholesaler for the florals needed for your creations, the estimated time it would take to arrange, deliver and craft any florals the day of as well as paying out any of our shop helpers for their labor. Due to this, the price can fluctuate based on our wholesalers price on specific florals at different times of the year. We can keep in touch and create specific boundaries should any kind of floral end up being more expensive than another closer or your wedding. We can discuss this in more detail if need be!

We accept two weddings a weekend except if we have a larger scale wedding already booked, that weekend is closed off to tend to the demands of a large floral filled wedding.

In terms of events, depending on location we could also take up to two a day if no weddings are on the calendar.

Weddings are typically given priority when determining availability for other events. We want to be sure that our lead florist and floral helpers are on the weddings as these events typically have the most demanding floral elements.

When we refer to a floral creator we are referencing that as a florist, we are a creator who takes inspiration from images shared, other florists and nature while creating to our eye. We tend to have a signature style that focuses on the use of different textures, fluffy shapes and a variation of floral sizes creating a whimsical romantic feel. We love seeing inspiration photos but we don’t recreate images we see unless they are photos from our own creations. This is due to differences in artistic styles. We will inspect the images you send as inspiration to use the same kinds of florals and similar colors but this can also vary due to availability, time of year, etc. We ask all of our wonderful clients to put their trust in us and our expertise to create one of a kind pieces for their events and weddings!
